PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices shown on the site are inclusive of GST. Delivery will be charged (where it is not expressed to be included in the offer price) and any such delivery charges will be clearly shown and included in the total cost of your order. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other applicable taxes or duties, on orders shipped to any other state or country. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion - and we draw your attention to our notice concerning valid prescriptions. (Unless otherwise stated)

DELIVERY

Your ordered good will normally be dispatched within 48Hrs (subject to stock availability) during weekday upon full payment is received. Free shipping applies only to domestic orders over SG $150.00.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any of the good you order are not available to be delivered within our normal delivery time scale, for whatever reason, we will inform you of the position by e-mail, we will cancel your order and refund you anything that you have paid to us or alternatively, with your approval we will send you the good once we have replenished our stocks.

RETURN POLICY

Nature’s Biohealth Pte Ltd wants every pet lover to experience the benefits and joy of merchandise - risk and worry free! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return and ship out within 14 days period from the date of receipt of shipment, and all returns must be authorized by Nature’s Biohealth Pte Ltd within 30 days from the original invoice date. Nature’s Biohealth Pte Ltd shall accept no return with prior authorization. Any returned products must be received in new, unused, unopened original condition and in its original packaging. A refund of the purchased price (excluding shipping and handling fees) will be eligible for item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original invoice is required for reimbursement. Any return of merchandise to Nature’ Biohealth Pte Ltd must arrive in original packaging. Please wrap the returned package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment in order to verify delivery of shipment. Nature’s Biohealth Pte Ltd and ionicpet.com is not responsible for return items lost or damaged during shipment.

Return postage is to be paid by the customer. All returns are subject to a 15% of administration handling and restocking fee. Please allow 60 to 90 days for processing of return. Due to the nature of TORUN PET, we are unable to accept returns on items, which appear to have had prior use, due to health precautions. Prior use is determined at Nature’s Biohealth Pte Ltd’s discretion. Also, there are no returns on any discounted products.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement is only allowed due to product defects, which is very unlikely to happen. Items that are damaged in the course of normal use will not be accepted for replacement. As we are not in the control of items transit, we should not be responsible for any damages or losses arise in the delivery transit. Merchandise that is eligible to be replaced due to product defects will have to return and ship out within 14 days period from the date of receipt of shipment, and all returns for replacement must be authorized by Natutre’s Bio health Pte Ltd within 30 days from the original invoice date. Nature’s Biohealth Pte Ltd shall accept no return with prior authorization. Any replaced products will have to be returned in its original packaging with the returned package wrapped securely together with a copy of original invoice. Nature’s Biohealth Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse receipt of returned product for replacement should that product not meet these conditions. The product must be postmarked within 3 days of the product's arrival date to be eligible for a replaced. Replaced postage is to be paid by the customer. All replaced are subject to a 10% of administration handling fee. Any replacement will only be done once; there is no second replacement. Please allow 60 to 90 days for processing of return. Due to the nature of TORUN Pet, we are unable to accept returns for replaced on items, which appear to have had prior use, due to health precautions. Prior use is determined at Nature’ Biohealth Pte Ltd discretion. There are no returns for replacement on any discounted products.

LOST ORDER & NON-COLLECTION POLICY

Nature’ Biohealth Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any lost of orders due to incorrect/incomplete address given by the customer or item lost during delivery for whatever reason(s). For registered mail or courier service, additional shipping charges will applies if order is returned due to non-collection or incorrect/incomplete address given.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Nature’ Biohealth Pte Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Nature’s Biohealth Pte Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. (All orders placed over $1,000.00 US must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
