To purchase any item, simply browse through
Ionicpet.com for the TORUN PET collar ring you love and fancy
for your pet, and click on it. It is so simple!
There are detailed pictures for your viewing
as well as product descriptions that provide you with detailed
information of the merchandise for you to make your purchasing
decision. Once you have selected the item/s you wish to purchase,
simply click on ¡°Order¡± to confirm your purchase/s and to submit
your details necessary to facilitate the sale and delivery of
your purchase/s.
Once the sale has been approved in our secure
transaction environment. You will receive a confirmation email
shortly after your order has been submitted, which would include
your order number and payment details, for items in stock, we
will process most orders within 24 hours of receipt and ship
within 1-2-business day. From time to time however, shortages
of products may make it difficult to meet this goal. If this
happens, you will be notified. Processing time does not include
weekend days. Orders are processed and shipped on business days
only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

If for some reason you feel that you have typed in the wrong
address or email, please contact us at logistics@ionicpet.com immediately. No PO BOX address is allowed. We are not liable
for any loss in shipping due to wrong shipping address provided,
once the good has been shipped out. .
Ordering Methods:
1. Online Ordering
Just click on ¡°Order¡± on the main manual.
You can choose to order via between PayPal payment method or
other payment methods. If you are choosing Paypal payment method,
all you need to do is just need to select the options of your
preferred products accordingly and add on the cart. If you are
choosing order via other payment methods, you will have to fill
up the ordering form with all required information completely
and accurately in order to facilitate and expedite merchandise
in the fastest way possible to you. Once you have submitted
your online order you will be notified that it has securely
reached our office. Please reconfirm with us if you do not receive
our reply within 48 hours as sometimes we might not receiving
your order or check in your junk or bulk mail folder due to
system error. We will send you another e-mail to notify you
when your order has been successfully processed. Usually, most
orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within
next 1¨C 2 days. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Sat
or the following Monday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be
shipped on the following Tuesday. Please take note that goods
will only be shipped out only when payment is confirmed received
2. Mail or Fax Ordering
To order by mail or fax, please write your
order information clearly and legibly on a separate piece of
paper, together with your shipping address, billing address
(if different), telephone number, fax number, the preferred
payment method and signature. Or you may use our convenient
order form on the online ordering. We will contact you within
24 hours once we have received the mail order to confirm with
you the order and the payment details.
3. Telephone Ordering (For Singapore &
Malaysia only)
You can contact us on phone at 65 6401 8958
from 9AM to 9PM on local time (Monday-Friday) and 9AM to 5PM
(Sat). Please have your complete order information ready for
order processing, along with your method of payment information.
Payment Method
1. PayPal (For Local & International
Order)
We accept Credit Card via Papal; secure credit
card payment, as our payment gateway. Customers (local/ international)
can pay using this method. Upon confirmation of order, you will
receive via email, the confirmation of order processed, the
delivery and payment details within 3 working days.
2. Wire Transfers (For International Order
Only)
If you would like to make payment by wire
transfer into our bank account (also known as bank transfer
/ telegraphic transfer (T/T)), simply select this option during
the ordering process when you fill up the order form. We will
send you our full banking information and details necessary
to effect the wire transfer in the order confirmation email.
As soon as we have received your payment into our bank account,
we will send you an email informing you of the delivery details
and when you can expect to receive your order. Please do follow
the e-mail's guidelines.
If you are paying by wire transfer, it will
take longer for your order to reach you as we can only process
and send out your order after your funds have been received.
If you require prompt delivery, we suggest that you select the
PayPal payment option. However, all business transaction and
any single payment that is more than US$ 1000 will have to make
payment on this mode to prevent any fraud and cheating cases.
3. Bank Draft / Money Order (For International
Order Only)
If you would like to send us payment by Bank
Draft / Money Order, just select this option ¡°Bank Draft¡± or
¡°Money Order¡¯ during the ordering process when you fill up the
order form. In the order confirmation email, we will inform
you of our address and company information to send your payment
to. Payment must be included with the order information for
us to process the order. Please do follow the e-mail's guidelines.
As soon as we have received your payment and once your funds
have cleared, we will send you an email informing you of the
delivery details and when you can expect to receive your order.
If you are paying by Bank Draft / Money Order, it will take
longer for your order to reach you as, just like with wire transfers,
we can only process and send out your order after your funds
have been received. If you require prompt delivery, we suggest
that you select the PayPal payment option.
4. Internet Banking Money Transfer POSB or
DBS, OCBC, May Bank (Malaysia) / Bank to Bank ATM Fund Transfer
¨C (For Singapore & Malaysia only)
You can pay for your order through an automatic
payment to our Bank account with Internet Banking (Selected
banks only). Together with DBS Bank, OCBC Bank, and May Bank
(Malaysian), ionicpet.com offers the convenience of Internet
banking anytime, anywhere. Alternatively, local buyers can use
the service of local bank-to-bank fund transfer via ATM. This
is for postage delivery only.
To pay for the Items purchased on the ionicpet.com
online shop:
- At the point of filling the ordering form,
just select ¡°Internet Banking¡± or ¡°Bank-to-Bank ATM¡±as a payment
option
- You will receive an e-mail telling you
to transfer the funds into our bank account, POSB/DBS, OCBC
or * MAY BANK (MALAYSIA ONLY) with further details, including
the total payment in SGD or MR converted basing on current exchange
rate on the day the invoice is generated. Please do follow the
e-mail's guidelines.
Payment within Malaysia
Payment via May Bank Fund transfer in ringgit
is possible, amount payable will be subjected to the exchange
rate on the day the invoice is generated. Do select bank transfer
as the payment mode.
5. Cash (For Singapore only)
We accept cash on delivery for SINGAPORE
orders only. Submit your order by filling up ¡°Cash ¡± as payment
option and we will be in touch with you to arrange a delivery
date and time. Also, we will advise you on the payment in SGD
converted basing on current exchange rate on the day the invoice
is generated. Please keep to the arranged time or subsequent
deliveries will be charged. Read the delivery option under ¡°Shipping¡±
below.
6. Cheques (For Sinagpore only)
Cheques from a Singapore bank are accepted
only for local orders. Please write in ¡°Cheque ¡± as a payment
option upon submitting your order and we advise you on the payment
in SGD converted basing on current exchange rate on the day
the invoice is generated, and the address to send the payment.
Once you got the payment amount and the sending address details.
Send a crossed check made out to ¡°Nature¡¯s Biohealth Pte Ltd
¡± with the amount in SGD, with your full name written behind
the cheque and full name, order number and shopping date behind
the envelope. We will contact you once as we receive it.
Important: Sorry, cheques and money orders
are only accepted for Singapore orders. We do not accept international
cheques. In case of all prepaid options, orders will be processed
only after realization of payment.

Orders shipped via SingPost International
Registered Article Service should arrive in 4 to 14 working
days depending on countries and locations (delivery time is
subject to SingPost schedule). Please note that during festive
seasons, delivery might take up to 20 working days.

charges included as follows:

The SpeedPost Tracking Number will be given
after we have send out your order. If you have not received
your tracking number, please write to us at enquiries@ionicpet.com and we will get back to you as soon as we
can.

Remarks for all international orders
All items can be subjected to your local
customs inspection, which may require additional time.
International customers are responsible for
their own customs duties and import taxes in their respective
countries. If you would like information on your country's customs
duties and import taxes, we suggest that you contact your local
customs office.

2. Local Order (For Singapore only)
2.1. Self - Collection (Cash on delivery)
For Self - Collection, Buyer please opt
to do either of the following:

- Weekend Operating Hours: Saturday: 2 ¨C 7

- Designated Collection Points: Woodlands

- There will be no delivery charges for self-
collection.
2.2. Local Postal Delivery
Local postage delivery will be sent by SINGPOST.
We will only use Registered Local Mail to prevent any products
lost and a registered article is traceable with tracking reference
as a more accountable delivery method
A flat postage rate and handling fee of SGD 5.00 or USD 3.20
is chargeable.
Payment of goods together with the postage charges can be done
using Interbank Transfer via Internet banking or Bank to Bank
Fund transfer via ATM
Item will be shipped out within the same day or within the next
working day once payment is received.
Orders shipped via SingPost Registered Mail Service should arrive
in 2 to 4 working days (delivery time is subject to SingPost
schedule). Please note that during festive seasons, delivery
might take up to 10 working days.
The SingPost Tracking Number will be given
after we have send out your order. If you have not received
your tracking number, please write to us at enquiries@ionicpet.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Local delivery charges are within Singapore.
Delivery is free for order of goods of up to SGD150 and deliver
within Singapore
2.3. Express Local Delivery (Cash on delivery)
For request of express local delivery to
any places beside the designated collection point, a flat delivery
surcharge of SGD 8.00 will be levied.
We can deliver your orders to any delivery
address in Singapore (your home, office, parent's house, etc.),
but not to a post office box. Please provide us at least 1 reachable
contact number for us to call/SMS prior to delivery. For orders
receive before 12 pm, we will deliver on the same business day.
For orders receive after 12pm and before 5 pm, we will deliver
on the next business day. We will notify you by phone on the
delivery time. Express Delivery is not available on Sunday and
Public Holidays. To ensure a smooth delivery, please give detailed
instruction to our delivery agent (such as access to secured
condominium/office compound, any time frame to avoid and the
contact telephone if different from the one provided earlier,
etc.,). For any failed delivery due to wrong information provided
by customer, a re-delivery charge of SGD 8.00 will be imposed
for the additional trip. For this case, no order cancellation
will be allowed.
*All Local Singapore order via PayPal online payment will be delivered by Local Registered Postal Delivery - US $ 3.20, unless otherwise special request.
* Local delivery charges are within Singapore. Delivery is free
for order of goods of up to SG$150 and delivered within Singapore.
