1. How long will a TORUN PET last?
It could be 6 months to two years. It varies depending on the time that your pet wears TORUN PET in a day, your pet’s health condition and his/her metabolism. When TORUN Pet’s minerals solidify, it’s time to replace TORUN PET. Just like PC-TORUN, TORUN PET turns darker when minerals inside solidify show that detoxification has taken place.

2 . Is TORUN PET water proofing?
TORUN PET is water protective; however, please do not soak in hot water. You may wash TORUN PET in cold water. TORUN PET is water resistant therefore you may wash your pet with your TORUN PET on but in order to clean up your pet’s neck area better, we suggest taking off TORUN PET when you wash your pet.

3. Can I use TORUN PET to tie to a rope?
TORUN PET is a health and fashion pet accessory and not a pet collar to tie to pet rope. Please do not use TORUN PET as pet collar.

4. What Size of TORUN PET should I buy?
Same as pets’ collar size. Pet owners usually know. TORUN PET is made of 100% natural materials. The silicon tubes are the same as use in surgical purposes in hospitals thatare friendly and safe to the skin. However, please choose the size that fits to theneck of the pets, not too tight and not too loose. Do not secure TORUN PET onto yourpet too tightly. It will be just as effective even if it is little loose. For dogs/catswith longer fur, please don’t choose TORUN PET according to its fur length choose according to the size of the neck otherwise your pet may bite TORUN PET. Measure around your pet’s neck using a piece of string or tape measure then purchase the closest size to your pet’s actual neck size.

If the hole is small, you may wrap plastic tape around the hole. TORUN PET is designed with stronger tube than PC-TORUN from the consideration of pets biting the tube. Even if your pets eat minerals inside of TORUN PET, it’s harmless totheir bodies. (Tourmaline and Zeolite are often mixed with the cows’ food to reduce the smell of their excrement) But if you find pet’s condition is not good, we suggesttaking them to the veterinary just to make sure.

7. If my pet eats TORUN PET by accident, is it dangerous?

9. Can the pet wears TORUN PET if the PET got some skin problem, illness or sickness?

12. Can TORUN PET deodorize unwanted odors? Will TORUN PET smells after usage for sometime?

13. Can my pet wear more than one TORUN PET?
Just like PC-TORUN, you can consider that the more TORUN PET you wear, the more and effects your pet gets but if you wear more than one TORUN PET, it will be very bulky from aspects of fashion for your pet, we think that one TORUN PET is enough.
